Travis Edward Kellman, MSFP, CFP®, CRPC®, EA

Travis has been a financial planner helping clients plan to achieve their goals since 2006.  Born in Schenectady, he graduated from Niskayuna Central Schools.  He went on to get his B.S. in Business Economics from SUNY Plattsburgh and his M.S. in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning.

He also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation, the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM designation and he is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS.

Travis believes strongly in advancing the financial planning profession.  He was on the board of the Financial Planning Association of Northeastern NY and was an adjunct professor with the College for Financial Planning where he taught financial advisors various financial planning courses.

Travis lives in Scotia with his wife Allison, two daughters Katherine and Abigale, along with their two rescue dogs, Dexter and Brandy.  He enjoys running, hiking, camping and reading.  

 

 

Lynn E. Barnes, CFP®

Lynn has been in the financial planning business for amost 40 years, joining her father in 1982 to establish Wright and Barnes Investments. She prides herself on her honesty and her commitment to putting her clients first. A lifelong Schenectady County resident, she is fortunate enough to often serve grandparents, children, and grandchildren of the same family.

Lynn holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation and is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Northeastern NY, where she and Travis first became acquainted.

Lynn lives in Duanesburg, NY, with her husband, David. She has two children, Eric and Jane, and two granddaughters, Greta and Aleda.

Lynn is passionate about her church and enjoys volunteering through various outreach programs, including mentoring elementary-age children.

 

 

Angela DeZalia-Diacovo, Operations Specialist

Angie is Kellman Barnes' Operations Specialist.  She ensures everything is running smoothly behind the scenes of Kellman Barnes.  Prior to her current role, Angie spent 20 years as a financial advisor.  For 15 of those years she held the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation.

Angie grew up in the Adirondacks but has spent the last 28 years living in Clifton Park.  She enjoys spending time in the outdoors and with her two rescue dogs Dodger and Finn.  She has a passion for animals and even has her own pet-sitting business.
